Pure Lochside are pleased to offer you a selection of UK delivery options to suit your requirements: Standard £3.75 - 2-5 working days Next Day £6.50 - Delivered by 1pm next working day (on orders placed before 11.00am) Next Day AM* £12.50 - Delivered by 9am next working day (*on orders placed before 11.00am) Saturday Morning £8.75 -(NOTE: orders must be placed before 11.00am on the preceding Friday).
*Our STANDARD delivery service is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands. Our NEXT DAY, NEXT DAY AM and SATURDAY MORNING delivery services are available for all UK mainland addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Returns Information
We hope you will be delighted with your Pure Lochside order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in its original condition (provided it has been unopened) for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery.
You must inform us that you intend to return the item within 7 days by emailing us at: info@purelochside.com. Please ensure you quote your customer order number.
Please note that any opened or or used items will not be accepted for refund.

Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
